1. Important Prerequisites
Please follow the steps given below in sequence and execute instructions in the KB articles to complete the update:
- Update to Latest MachPanel Control Server
- Update to Latest MachPanel Remote Server
Also,
there are some SQL commands/scripts used since build 7.2.11 which are
supported in SQL 2012 or later. So, it is recommended that you install
SQL version 2017 or 2019 using below KB article

Once
done, you have to move your MachPanel DB from old SQL instance to the
newly installed SQL. For that you can follow below KB article
2. Improvements/Enhancements/New Features
- General (Configuration Studio, AD, ADSync, REST API, Help Desk):
- Panel Health Report added.
- MachPanel password restrictions removed on integrating AD, Server password and service like DNS configuration, confirm password removed.
- Added "Update User CN on UPN Change" in AD Domain Settings to auto update CN when UPN is updated. (It is handled in thread AutoAddUsersInSecurityGroupWork, which runs normally in 1 minute, so if the option is enabled, updating CN on UPN change should get processed in few minutes.)
- Assign/Unassigned Certificates to AD User in Active Directory Organization Management.
- AD user attributes validation each input according to AD limits.
- Added drop-down of over used resource in Quota Overused Report
- Added kill session option in Config Studio if Access Control Limit Sessions is in use.
- Addon and Misc product Quantity is displayed in Service Queue.
- Added "Read Only" permission for staff user.
- Added Ability to hide (Password Setting) from Staff users’ interface for AD user / mailbox
- Improved Remove and Recover Mailbox flow. Added option to show "Recovery" section to end customer so they can fully remove mailbox themselves and recreate if required. Normally Provider has to remove deleted mailbox from recovery.
- Added link for backup removal in Configuration Studio
- Added "Date From" and "Date To" filter in Mailbox Recovery.
- Added Email Notice for Domain Verification Success
- Invoice Reminder email template has been added.
- IP based filtering for redirecting users to MachPanel Login Page when KeyCloak SSO is enabled.
- Added permission to hide Service Director > General section from Reseller/Customer via Access Template\Permissions.
- Set Send/Receive Message to 0 when Mailbox/AD user is disable.
- Updated Russian translation.
- Added Language Header for REST API Reporting end points.
- Recycle bin days setting increased to 120 days.
- OWA policy management handled on Server Group and Organization level.
- Set as primary domain feature enhanced in Exchange module, Automatic domain alias replacement/addition handled.

3. Resolved / Fixed Issues
- General (Configuration Studio, AD, ADSync, REST API, Help Desk):
- Title getting blank when not being changed in bulk edit user.
- Customer Id missing in API
- Unverified domain hidden from alias creation.
- Load Balancer files update and service restart issue on secondary server.
- Error in creating ADUser when no customer is selected.
- Error in Sync AD user when manager does not exist on Hosted AD. Manager will get skipped if related user not found in Hosted AD.
- Error in Add/Edit Workflow.
- Mail.dll license issue in Helpdesk parser.
- Error in inserting Access template.
- Fixed error with retaining values for Exchange Org Management -> Rules -> Transport Rules -> add/edit rules.
- Exchange Error "Some required parameter(s) missing when creating mailbox using AD interface".
- Mailbox quota display issue in edit mailbox.
- Mailbox column missing in Mailbox Report fixed.
- CustomerId is not returned in Mailbox Usage report for resellers.
- Mailbox Template Clone issue.
- Template selection not visible when enabling Mailbox or existing AD Users.
