This article provides 6.0.25 HF1 and information about how to apply this fix on your servers.
This article applies to MachPanel v6.0.25
- MachPanel Control Panel and all MachPanel Remote Servers need to be on Build v6.0.25 and then Hot-fix can be applied. Please follow the steps given below in sequence and execute instructions in the KB articles to complete the update:
- Update to Latest MachPanel
- Update to Latest MachPanel Remote Server

Issues/Enhancements:
1. Fixed reseller gets error on billing tab of subscription detail interface.
2. Added Credit Card Status in Credit Card listing interfaces, updated Autorize.Net Handling.
3. Fixed error in setting VoiceMail Policy in edit SFB User.
4. Fixed package not found when reseller subscribed as end customer and trying to subscribe as reseller.
5. Fixed O365 addon sold to a subscription is not available in another subscription.

7. Fixed display issue where VoiceMail checkbox is not refreshed when editting users.
8. Moneris Gateway integration updated to support TLS 1.2.
9. MimeCast integration updated, AdminPassword input added, AdminEmail generated by MimeCast is sent in email.
- WHMCS admins are required to create an additional custom field in MimeCast product in WHMCS as ‘adminpassword’. If this input is not provided or set blank, MachPanel will generate a random password for MimeCast account.
10. Updated Sync from backend function to sync InPlaceHoldEnabled bit for Mailbox.
11. Conferencing PIN refresh issue is fixed.
12. Conferencing Policy issue on Edit Skype4B Plan by reseller is resolved.
13. Fixed error in setting html disclaimer.
14. Move database option hidden from client side.
15. Mimecast m_maximumRentention changed from 99 to 36160 when creating new account

Implementation notes: add a new string value 'MimeCastFixedPassword' under
'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Machsol > MachPanel' key and set default password value required]
- Go to MachPanel configuration studio.
- Shut down all the MachPanel services and also exit the
configuration studio. Make sure no instance to MachPanel Configuration
Studio is running under any user.
- Download the hotfix HF1-25June2018.zip file from the link at bottom of this page.
- Stop IIS Admin Service, please make sure that all the services
are STOPPED from MachPanel Configuration Studio. Verify from "Task
Manager" that the following services are not running.
- MachSol.MachPanel Provisioning Service.
- MachSol.MachPanel.ConfigurationStudio.exe.
- MachPanel Billing Service.
- MachPanel Helpdesk Service.
- MachPanel Network Service.
- MachPanel License Service.
- MachPanel O365 Service.
- Replace files from MachPanel folder on MachPanel control server (Path: C:\Program Files\MachSol\MachPanel Control Server) and Replace files from Remote server folder of hotfix folder on MachPanel remote server (C:\Program Files\MachSol\MachPanel Remote Server) keeping the folder hierarchy same as it is in hotfix. (you should get message to overwrite files, if not you are not doing it right).
- Execute script.txt from zip file on MachPanel_Db
after logging in to SQL management studio as MachPanel_Db user.
Password can be obtained from connection string in registry of
MachPanel Control Server.
- Once all files are replaced properly from hotfix folder Restart all services related to MachPanel on Control as well as Remote Servers.
