Pre-requisites

MachPanel Control Server has been installed, if not then follow below KB article:

MachPanel Remote Server has been installed, if not then follow below KB article:
http://kb.machsol.com/Knowledgebase/Article/50262

Also make sure that MachPanel Control Server and MachPanel Remote Server should be on the same build and that MachPanel Provisioning Service is running on both servers

More Information

Open MachPanel Control Panel Website (You can do it by opening MachPanel Control Server Configuration Studio and then navigating to Configure > Control Panel Website, and then clicking on the URL in it). Log in with the provider credentials

Navigate to
Home > Service Plans and then click on module as required for creating a service plan. When you click on any of the module to create a service plan, on next page opened you will see three tabs as shown below.

  1. Reseller Product Listing
  2. Product Listing
  3. Add-On Management


 

Reseller Product Listing

            Creates the service plan for reseller customers

Product Listing

            Creates the service plan for direct customers

Add-on Management

            Creates the Add-ons which can be sold to the customers


After selecting the appropriate product complete the resources form to finish the process for creating a service plan.
