This articles describes in detail about the installation of MachPanel Remote Server
Applies To:
Below are the details where MachPanel Remote Servers should be installed for integrating these services with MachPanel Control Server:
Microsoft Exchange:
For Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010, MachPanel Remote Servers should be installed on Exchange Mailbox Server
For Exchange 2010 Hosted, MachPanel Remote Servers should be installed on the CAS Servers
Microsoft SharePoint:
In case of server farm, MachPanel Remote Server will be installed on Web Front end Box
In case of single server deployment, MachPanel Remote Server will be installed on that same server
Microsoft CRM:
For CRM, MachPanel Remote Server should be installed on Application Server (Platform Server Role)
RIM BlackBerry:
MachPanel Remote server should be installed where BES UserAdminClientToolkit has been installed
Hostmatic Server:
MachPanel Remote server should be installed on all the servers where hostmatic services are
Procedure:
Follow the step by step procedure to install MachPanel Remote Server:
1) First step is to install the pre-requisite i.e. .NET Framework 3.5.1 Features. For this, open Server Manager, click on 'Features' and click on 'Add Features':

Finish the setup. Now your server is ready to install MachPanel Control Server.
2) Now open http://www.machsol.com/ and click on Login link on top. Login using the credentials you registered with this site:

2) Go to 'Downloads' from the 'Your Products' section
3) Select the appropriate MachPanel Remote Server 32 bit or 64 bit setup, download it and run it.
4) Follow the screenshots below to complete the rest of the setup:

Click Next to continue

Accept License agreement and click Next to continue

Select the Destination Folder and click on Next

Review the setup summary and click Next

Bind Remote Server to the local IP of machine
The installation of MachPanel Remote Server is complete
*UPDATE:
This
will install MachPanel Version 4.1.12. However to avail more features,
update to our latest build by following below KB article
