This article provides solution to an error message while creating mailbox users via MachPanel where provider "Microsoft Exchange Server 2010" is in use.

Error Message

Create New Mailbox(Set Mailbox): Unable to index into an object of type Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Directory.SystemConfiguration.Throttling Policy. IP= x.x.x.x.

This issue exists due to missing Throttling Policy handling in Exchange server 2010.

Solution:

Edit mailbox template, and change Throttling Policy from "NoPolicy" to another "Policy" that exists on backend Exchange Server 2010.
