HOTFIX:5.2.10 HF2 - Hotfix 2 for MachPanel build v5.2.10 (13th March 2015)

Important Notes

MachPanel Control Panel and all MachPanel Remote Servers need to be on build 5.2.10 and then Hotfix can be applied. Please follow the steps given below in sequence and execute instructions in the KB articles to complete the update:

Latest Issues Fixed

This patch includes the latest fixes as below:

Fixed SPLA by Customer report, excluded Shared/Resource mailboxes.
Fixed Phone Number UN-assignment in Lync user edit.
VM computer name change functionality added in VM provisioning.
Enhanced Call rates handling in Lync to work with 3 decimal places.
Public folder set permissions problem if Custom is selected and no check box is checked.
Fixed provider gets error “Permission not found” when checking permissions of Customer under Reseller.
Fixed SharePoint multi-tenant import problem of not associating the back-end SharePoint subscriptionid and feature pack id with subscription and portal.
Fixed disk quota usage reporting reports wrong quota value in MachPanel Web hosting
Fixed error in Lync subscription management under reseller when reseller is Commission Reseller
Fixed UserName is truncated in Mailbox setup email.
Fixed double selection of addons for managed addons, now order can be placed whether the radio is checked or not.
Added Remote Desktop feature in Hyper-V.

Procedure

Go to MachPanel configuration studio.
Stop all services related to MachPanel.
Exit MachPanel configuration studio.
Download the hotfix v5.2.10-HF1.zip file from the link at bottom of this page.
Open services.msc on MachPanel remote servers and stop MachPanel provisioning service.
Make sure MachPanel configuration studio is not running from task manager.
Replace files from Control Server folder on MachPanel control server and Replace files from Remote server folder of hotfix folder on MachPanel remote server keeping the folder hierarchy same as it is in hotfix. (you should get message to overwrite files, if not you are not doing it right).
Execute script from zip file on MachPanel_Db after logging in to SQL management studio as MachPanel_Db user. Password can be obtained from connection string in registry of MachPanel Control Server. (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MachSol\MachPanel)
Once all files are replaced properly from hotfix folder restart all services related to MachPanel on Control as well as Remote Servers.
