Question:  What is the difference between “Subscribe Service” and “Subscribe as Reseller”.

Answer: There are following two types of subscriptions available when you are working with resellers:

 Subscribe service:

                This option is used if you want to create a new organization for reseller customer. For example the reseller customer is reselling your product to other customers and he is also using your services for his own organization. When a reseller customer selects Subscribe Service it will create the reseller’s organization in MachPanel. The created organization will be for his own company use and he cannot sell this to his end customers. For e.g. in case of CRM it will create a new CRM organization for that reseller’s organization.

Subscribe as Reseller:

                If a reseller customer clicks on Subscribe as Reseller then it will create a subscription for those resellers which have some resources and which he can sell to his end customers. This subscription will be used to create new service plan under reseller to sell services to his end customer and it will not be used for his own organization. For e.g. in case of CRM subscription it will ask for IFD URL as which IFD URL you want to use for this reseller and all the organizations created under that reseller will use that IFD URL for his end customers.
