Summary
Single machine was acting as multiple server roles (e.g. Domain Controller + SQL Database + MachPanel Control Server + DNS + WSS 3.0) and following exception was thrown during Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 3.0 configuration with MachPanel Provisioning System:
Create Portal Failed.
Detail: Error Creating Portal
Details: [COM Exception]. There is no such Object on the server
