Please follow the steps given below in sequence and execute instructions in the KB articles to complete the update:

New Features/Improvements

Lync 2010 fully supported by MachPanel.
Verified and added support for "SmarterStats 7" in HostMatic Module.
Added Chinese language pack to translate MachPanel into Chinese.
Export Customer List - First Name, Last Name, Company and Email Address fields.
Disable Auto Processing from Service Queue.
Exchange SP2 upgrade handling – handle automatic update from SP1 to SP2.
MachPanel Customer Control Center (CCC) redirection redone on basis of query string instead of Session values.
Modifications in MachPanel Taxation sub-module of Billing module (Tax Zone 2 and Compound Tax implementation).
Option to give Full Access Rights and Send As permissions for resource mailbox in control panel.
Input Email address while adding AD user.
Option to specify Public Folder server details while adding server group.
Add Company Name in Reseller Control Panel Customer's Manager.
Automation of Remote Servers Update according to version of Control Server.

Resolved Issues

MachPanel (General):
- Add-on should get canceled with main subscription
- PayJunction bug of charging with expired Credit Card
- Change name of ‘Misc Product’ product type from ‘Reseller Hosting’ to ‘Misc Product’

HostMatic:
- Service management from customer end give error for Hostmatic (Hosting module).
CRM:
- Customer not able to disable/enable CRM user
- CRM Multiple domain (UPN Suffix Issue) fixed
- When CRM user password is changed, wrong email is sent due to email template issue.
SharePoint:
- SharePoint disappears from store front if Wireless module is disabled from “Built-in Modules”.
Exchange 2007/2010: Ex2010 SP2 timeout problems in Organization creation.
- Usage report not showing properly
- Resources not set properly for organizations that are imported into MachPanel.
- Mailbox Disable feature fixed
- Issue with mail-contacts import in MachPanel
- Issue with download outlook profile
- Details should be hidden for resource mailboxes
- Resource mailboxes shouldn’t offer the possibility to download a profile-file, since these mailboxes can’t be set up directly in Outlook.
Store Front:
- Built in modules show in shopping cart at reseller end even if they are disabled.
