Monitoring

You can keep an eye on the Storage and Server health of your exchange servers i.e. the Mailbox size, Mailbox Database size and Server Volume.

Storage:

Under Storage tab, it shows the storage alert for following under their respective tabs:

1. Mailbox Size
2. Mailbox Database Size
3. Server Volume Size

Mailbox Size:

You can search your desired record by providing any of the following and click Search:

1. Organization
2. Mailbox
3. Database

It shows following in the listing:

1. Mailbox    
2. Organization    
3. Current Size (MB)    
4. Allocated Size (MB)    
5. Database
6. Alert    
7. History

Mailbox Database Size:

You can search your desired record by providing any of the following and click Search:

1. Database
2. Server group
3. Server

It shows following in the listing:

1. Server Group    
2. Database    
3. Size on Disk (GB)    
4. MailBoxes    
5. Archive Mailboxes    
6. Mounted On    
7. Time    
8. History

Server Volume Size:

You can search your desired record by providing any of the following and click Search:

1. Server group
2. Server

It shows following in the listing:

1. Server Group    
2. Server Name
3. Drive Letter    
4. Volume Size (GB)    
5. Free Space (GB)    
6. Time    
7. History

Server Health:

Under Server health you can view CPU & memory, Services and Event logs on the Exchange Servers.

Mail Flow:

This section allows you to see mailbox flow details and shares information by searching organization for mailboxes under it. This allows you to see number of emails being sent and received by mailboxes.

You can search your desired record by selecting an organization and then duration between which you want to check records.
