1. Important Prerequisites

Please follow the steps given below in sequence and execute instructions in the KB articles to complete the update:

1. Update to Latest MachPanel

2. Update to Latest MachPanel Remote Server

2. Important Notes:

If you are using Microsoft CSP, Direct Routing and Teams management, you will have to uninstall all Microsoft Teams module and install the latest using PS command:

Note: The recommended version for Microsoft Teams is v3.0.0

If you are using MachPanel Rest API, please follow link below to update to latest version of Rest API:

 3. Improvements / New Features

• General (MachPanel, AD, ADSync, Billing, Store, WHMCS):
  • Allowed resellers to create Menu Items for themselves and their customers.
  • Re-Arranged buttons on Subscription general tab.
  • Domain Verification Enhancement.
  • EmployeeID handling is updated in service, (Note: It may take few hours to update correct EmployeeID in db).
  • Added billing email setting for sending billing related emails to other then customer primary and secondary address.
  • Added close button in customer 2FA setting design.
  • Removed MachPanel Network Service in new installation.
  • Handled Quoted service paths in registry for all MachPanel control and Remote services to avoid Unquoted service path vulnerabilities.
  • Added Alternate Email Addresses in MachPanel.
  • Added separate Job of Exchange Proxy address for ADSync.
  • Allowed reseller to edit Domain Username in Edit AD User Interface.

4. Resolved / Fixed Issues

• General (MachPanel, AD, ADSync, Billing, Store, WHMCS, Helpdesk):
  • Fixed error "Field with * is required" in edit add-on resources tab.
  • Fixed order form issue where existing domain input is not shown when Domain sale is not allowed.
  • Fixed PayPal processing error when locale other then en-US is used.
  • Fixed error in email when PayPal is used for invoice payment.
  • Fixed Proxy address attribute is not being synced due to smtp:sip and smtp:smpt prepending.
  • Fixed Paid invoice was not being emailed.
  • Fixed Wrong message on SyncFromBackend (AD Org).
  • Fixed issue with Login as Provider when we save provider login email using Provider (P Caps).
  • Fixed issue with setting icon for Menu Item being added manually.
  • Fixed New payment group and Domain option in online store was not working correctly.
  • Fixed checks in Helpdesk ticket reply, CC email address had no checks.
  • Fixed Provisioning service not processing queued items when there is VM monitoring related tasks scheduled.
• VPS/Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Fixed: Hyper-V home page errors when other than en-US locale is used.
  • Hyper-V import, Single VM IP pool selection issue fixed.
  • Fixed Disk type is not get when single VM subscription is provisioned.
  • Fixed: Storage type (Unknown) Shown in new VPS Setup Email.
  • Fixed: 'Use for Single VM Product' IP Pool were not listing in VM Import.
  • Fixed error in GetVMResourcesMetereingUsage: 'InsertInDB': Error in Query: CSPInsertVPSResourcesMeteringUsageDetail.

  • Fixed: Page break on managing distribution list with no members.
  • Fixed: Error in PST export job processing when PST job is not created at backend.
  • Fixed: Advanced DB tab not listing servers in all DAGs.
  • Fixed: Error in restoring Soft deleted mailbox.
  • Fixed: Search Field In Exchange Import Module was case sensitive.
  • Fixed: Personal Archive Resource Overusing in Quota Over Usage Report.
  • Fixed: Compliance management tab was not being shown if journaling resource is sold only via add-on.
  • Removed white spaces in comma separated "Preferred domain Controller" field in Server Group Add/Edit.
  • Fixed: Special Char(s) in CSV File Upload (Exchange Bulk Mailbox Creation).
  • Fixed: PST Import Job error when path contain Turkish letter(s).
  • Fixed: Marking External Email with an Exchange Transport Rule (Updated Disclaimer handling).
  • Fixed: Dynamic distribution group members issue.
  • Updated Journaling handling to solve "Recipient" and "Send email to" confusion.
• Microsoft CSP/O365
  • Fixed: Offers selection was not being retained in O365 package.
  • Fixed: Issue in disabling CSP Tenant Management from Panel.
