Dynamics CRM 2011/2013/2015/2016 Provisioning
Below error is received while trying to 'Run' the item from Service Queue:
Error Creating CRM Organization Details: The Deployment Service cannot process the request because one or more validation checks failed.
This error is generated by CRM Server and usually comes because of missing permissions for the provisioning user or CRM Org database / Reports already exists with the same name etc.
To resolve this error please verify below mentioned settings:
- Account used in MachPanel for CRM provisioning is added in CRM Deployment Manager
- Same account is added in SQL sysadmin
- CRM Application Pool (Deployment Service Only) uses the same account
- Same account should have dbo permissions on MSCRM_Config, ReportServer and ReportServerTemp DBs
- Confirm whether or not the database (new org db) already exists. If it does then delete database from SQL Server and related reports by visiting report server http://<reporting-server>/Reports
- Please make sure that ADFS Server FQDN and External (IFD) Relying Party Trust Name properly entered in Server Group settings.
- Re-Run item from Service Queue
