Statement of Procedure:

• ·         On each Client Access Server in your deployment, navigate to the following location C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\ServicePlans
• ·         Open ServicePlanHostingRemap.csv in NotePad
• ·         Paste MachpanelDefault,1,MachpanelDefault_Sample in ServicePlanHostingRemap.csv file just above HostingSample,2,HostingAllFeatures_Sample and click save from the file menu.(where MachpanelDefault is programID, 1 is offerID, MachpanelDefault_Sample is serviceplanname)
• ·         Copy HostingAllFeatures_Sample.serviceplan and paste in the same folder I.e C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\ServicePlans
• ·         Rename HostingAllFeatures_Sample - Copy to MachpanelDefault_Sample
