Upgrade Instructions
Please follow following steps in sequence and execute instructions available at these KB article to update:

1. Update to Latest MachPanel
2. Update to Latest MachPanel Remote Server

IMPORTANT - Update to MachPanel 3.1 Build 18: The update process followed in above knowledge base articles will automatically upgrade to latest build.

New Features/Improvements

• Improvement: Resources from both adding/editing dedicated Hosting package can now be edited/removed.
• Improvement: Release notes in MachPanel Configuration Studio is now easily viewable.
• Improvement: While editing the product plan, product name is also displayed now for better customer experience.
• Improvement: Account Setup Email Template Changed.
• Improvement: Edit password functionality added in Active Directory interface.
• Improvement: Offline Order Page redirects to Service Queue (In case of Success) and highlight the new order detail.
• Improvement: An alert warning has been added on removal of Exchange organization.
• Improvement: Licensing improved, if one Exchange server is used two times in Exchange Server group single remote license is required.
• Improvement: With each new AD record or remote server MachPanel issues a 30 day remote license, no need to contact support for adding license.
• New feature: Email notification option added on password reset interfaces.

• Bug fixed: On new department creation of default emails not carried out automatically.

Known Issues

• Known issue: ‘Edit Subscription’, ‘Upgrade’, ‘Downgrade’ buttons are not currently functional.
