This article provides details on how to update your Machsol Signature Agent to its latest version.

Pre-Requisites

MachPanel Signature Agent must be installed using below KB article:

Improvements/Fixes

• Added input to define Signatures for External and Internal messages or for both.
• Added Distribution List for applying signatures, making management easier.
• Time limit added to schedule Signatures for Disclaimers and banners.
• Added preview is Signature Listing.
• Added clone option to duplicate and update signatures easily.
• Added setting to customize if Sent Email should be updated or not.
• "X-MachPanel-MessageSignaturesProcessed" added in email header to mark the email and skip in futher processing.

Procedure

• Take backup of existing files
  • Go to your installation directory of MachSol Signature Agent.
  • Copy the complete folder MachSol Signature Agent
  • Create a new Backup directory and place this copied folder inside this backup folder
• Stop Service
  • Open Services and stop Microsoft Transport Service

• Download the latest files from THIS link
  • ​Copy all the inside the update folder and replace them inside the installation directory of MachSol Signature Agent
• Start the Microsoft Transport Service.
