Disclaimer: This is a Beta Release, therefore, it is strongly not recommended for production use.
IMPORTANT: Please note that this is not an update. You cannot install it on an existing version of MachPanel. You will need a fresh installation on fresh machine. Though an updater will be available soon.

Again, these are new installers requiring a clean install. The updater will be released later.Follow the installation instructions according to the installation guides available for MachPanel Control Server (

New Features/Improvements- New feature: Included support for Gene6FTP.
- New feature: Provided sub-domains option inside domain management interface.
- New feature: Provided a “re-open” invoice option which is used to re-open the invoice and automatically remove service from deletion queue.
- New feature: Added ‘Search by Customer ID’ option to top-right side search in panel.
- New feature: Implemented page specific help text.
- New feature: Back button is included.
- New feature: Included context sensitive help in panel. The help link on top right corner opens help page specific to current page.
- New feature: Addition of diagnostic test service to see and verify service connectivity.
- New feature: Added SimpleDNS support in beta build.
- Improvement: Implemented plan cloning and improved package editing by adding save button in all steps.
- Improvement: Pending cancel service can now be re-activated. Cancelled can never be activated.
- Improvement: User friendly error messages are displayed for known errors that have been handled. Unhandled exceptions take to Error page.
- Improvement: On main screen in System navigation, ‘Statements’ should be spelled ‘Statements’ (under the Billing Manager menu item).
- Improvement: Spelling & grammar check within the panel at account detail page (Exchange).
- Improvement: Created icons for each type of service (e.g. Web hosting).
- Improvement: Missing Customer Control Center icons added.
Resolved Issues- Bug fixed: Prices does not show properly while adding product while creating service plan for Dedicated Server Hosting.
- Bug fixed: IIS Management icon missing.
- Bug fixed: Cannot hide emails from GAL through Control Panel.
- Bug fixed: Getting following error while trying to set email forwarding “ Operation failed : IADs::SetInfo/A constraint violation occurred./SetPropertiesBase”.
- Bug fixed: In Exchange 2007 distribution list error “Operation failed. : Index was outside the bounds of the array.” when “Require that all senders are authenticated” is checked or unchecked.
- Bug fixed: Add DNS template is broken.
- Bug fixed: When trying to remove a service assigned to a server results in an error “Invalid object name 'dbo.HB_tblServerGroupMemberServices' ”.
- Bug fixed: Clicking ‘Disable Provider’ in SharePoint Provider interface generated error “System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
- Bug fixed: Invalid characters were allowed in fields causing an invalid SQL statement to be created.
- Bug fixed: Clicking on the providers (Database, Mail, Ftp, DNS - Stats) generated an ASP.Net error.
- Bug fixed: Graphical mistake on adding a new addon when creating new TLD.
- Bug fixed: Images are not displayed on manage priorities interface within Help Desk section.
- Bug fixed: Incorrect idle status when creating a new ticket manually in the help system.
- Bug fixed: Allowing deletion of data centre that was already assigned to a rack. No entry appears under rack displaying error message “No datacenter record found. Details: No records found (SP_EM_GetDataCenters '1')”.
- Bug fixed: PKNIC domain registrar's 'Configure' link does not work.
- Bug fixed: Service queue entry ID link, when clicked, does not show any detail log message for each try to process the queue item.
- Bug fixed: Incorrect information displayed on mouse hover after adding Stats service.
- Bug fixed: Creating a Stats service does not post back allowing multiple entries.
- Bug fixed: When creating a new service on a server that is a stats service, one of the headings is 'Mail Settings’ which should be Stat Settings.
- Bug fixed: Creating a web hosting site, service queue returned an asp.net error on execution.
- Bug fixed: Repetition of field in adding FTP service for server.
- Bug fixed: Unable to edit Stats service.
- Bug fixed: Adding a Web Service to a server in a server group generated an error when 'Apply DNS Template' option was set to ‘None’.
- Bug fixed: On MachPanel Control Server installation, an ejadspm email address is left in the "Email CC Address" box on the Package Info E-Mail section.
- Bug fixed: Spell mistake in Exchange Package default e-mail template.
- Bug fixed: On x64 platform, Server 2008 - IIS7 environment, Panel no longer loads showing the error message “Could not load file or assembly 'vjslib' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format”.
- Bug fixed: Using ‘Back’ button in the browser couple of times results in system logs off.
- Bug fixed: Edit button in tax zones section does not work.
- Bug fixed: In Exchange Add-On Management, “unlimited storage settings is not available" due to constraints in quota management.
- Bug fixed: MachPanel Remote Server x64 is being installed under x86 Program Files folder.
- Bug fixed: Ticket subject problem.
- Bug fixed: The server under web hosting section does not show any details when editing the already added server.
- Bug fixed: Fatal Application Error occurs on clicking ‘ Advanced tab’ under the dedicated servers section.Bug fixed: Fatal Application Error when viewing the statements under billing manager section.
- Bug fixed: Login error when going to resources tab under customer panel.
- Bug fixed: Dashboard links (Hosting Servers and Provisioning Queue) not linked correctly and throw a 404 error.
- Bug fixed: The Default documents specified against the MachPanel website in IIS7 keeps getting overwritten.
- Bug fixed: DNS template editor has problems. When adding new entries it keeps repeating entries.
Bug fixed: Launching Store and then purchasing exchange plan generates following error:
Error in saving Exchange hosting order. Details: Could not find a part of the path" C:Program Files \ Machine Solutions \MachPanel\Cache \Orders\Orders_f788ert340.xml. Error occurs for private labeling case.
Known Issues- Known issue: You cannot add new parking pages. This feature will be available with Alpha release.
- Known issue: Websites Stats are not functional. Will be available in Alpha release.
- Known issue: FrontPage Extensions support is planned, not available as yet.
- Known issue: SSL Certificates support is planned but currently not available.
- Known issue: Shared SSL Links support is planned but not available currently.
- Known issue: ‘Turn On/Off’ Email management interface not currently supported.
- Known issue: ‘Edit Subscription’, ‘Upgrade’, ‘Downgrade’ buttons are not currently functional.
- Known issue: 'Service Management' link currently not functional for DNS section of Hosting Management.
- Known issue: 'Limits' section of Domain Management not available yet, will be supported later.
- Known issue: During MachPanel Control Server installation, an error prompts requesting to apply service pack 2 after installation of SQL, this should be ignored and if possible SP2 should be installed separately later.
- SQL script execution takes considerable time.
