Resolved Issues

• Provider goes in reseller section, when provider returns to provider section sees reseller white label setting instead of Provider.

• CRM server settings “Report server URL” field not accepting any port.
• Outlook profile generator giving wrong details.
• CRM provisioning fails at Security group step: Error: A device attached to the system is not functioning.
• User email field not being set in MS-CRM.
• Only one name server added in DNS for Exchange domain.
• MS FTP Permissions issue fixed.

Known Issue

• Total usage calculation of Mailbox and Public Folder (Aggregated usage of all mailboxes/ public folders under an organization) in Exchange Usage Report is not working at moment.
