INFO:Configuring Autodiscover SRV Record for Outlook Connectivity

This article provide information about how to configure auto discover SRV record for Outlook Connectivity.

All Versions.

Kindly make sure DNS (escpeically autodiscover) is properly configured for your customer organization.

Following is required to have successful autodiscovery:

_autodiscover._tcp.example.com. 3600 IN SRV 0 0 443 mail.example.com.

Please create SRV record as per above format for tenant domain.

SRV Record: Create SRV record in each tenant public DNS zone with given format.

Note: Make Sure you do not have any CNAME with name autodiscover in tenant DNS zone.

After making changes (if they were not already there) give DNS propagation some time and check your outlook connectivity again.
