Please follow the steps given below in sequence and execute instructions in the KB articles to complete the update:

1. Update to Latest MachPanel

2. Update to Latest MachPanel Remote Server

3. Major Enhancements

1. Updated O365 Integration: Microsoft Customer Agreement Acceptance added instead of Microsoft Cloud Agreement.
2. Added Spanish (Spain) translation.
3. Single VM product and auto provisioning of VM is added.

4. Improvements / New Features

• General (Interface, Billing, Helpdesk etc.):

• Enhancement: Menu Custom URL Options
• Enhancement: File share section in RDS User settings management
• Enhancement: Bulk selling of Products to resellers is added.
• Enhancement: Skipped disabled AD Users in SPLA report.
• Enhancement: ADSync Usage reports links to Customer, Organization and Users are added.
• Enhancement: Grace mode notice handling is updated. Notice will appear as soon as Expiry date is passed and will dis-appear when license expiry is updated.

• Exchange:

• Enhancement: New tab “Compliance Management” is added in Exchange organization management.
• Enhancement: Added CompanyName in Exchange Database Customer/Reseller select list.
• Enhancement: Added "Set as Primary Email" option in Contact Add/Edit". (Option can be shown/hidden through checkbox at "Service Director > Exchange Hosting > Exchange Server Group > General Settings Tab").
  
  

• CSP/Office 365:

• Enhancement: API web service method to access usage report for Microsoft CSP
• Enhancement: CSP tenant import with linked AD OU is updated.
• Enhancement: Auto Schedule Sync all or selected CSP Tenants added for provider in workflows.
• Enhancement: Turn off sync all SharePoint sites in MachPanel (CSP)
• Enhancement: Restructure the CSP tenant management menu
• Improvement: Removed “Make this person change password on next login” checkbox for Linked AD management case.

• Hyper-V/VPS:

• New Feature: ISO management added in Hyper-V module.
• Enhancement: Include Snapshot space in Given Storage.

• Skype for Business/Lync:

• Enhancement: Select Any Region and Type in S4B Addons.​​
• Enhancement: When Customer is moved from one Reseller to Another, the DIDs assigned to Customer are moved to new Reseller automatically.

• General (Billing, Helpdesk):

• Issue Fixed: Password special character crashes the site
• Issue Fixed: Password policy help text issue.
• Issue Fixed: Removed extra space character from Org Suffixes.

• Exchange:

• Issue Fixed: Wrong Dutch translation when password format is incorrect.
• Issue Fixed: Distribution List Set as Primary Email does not work.
• Issue Fixed: Litigation hold is enabled on the customer but disabled in the customer template.

• CSP/Office 365:

• Issue Fixed: Tenant URL and tenant name are incorrect during import.
• Issue Fixed: Fixed error in O365 teams Phone Number management.
• Issue Fixed: Error in Teams Direct Routing
• Issue Fixed: Updated Password Policy settings for Tenant, When Password never Expired is checked, rest of inputs are not needed.
• Issue Fixed: DateFormat error in Groups Sync.
• Issue Fixed: “Nullable object must have a value” when editing a User.

• SharePoint:

• Issue Fixed: Missing field to set option to send password in SharePoint User Management.
