Important Notes Prior to performing any update take backup of your MachPanel Database, Control and Remote servers. Please follow the steps given below in sequence and execute instructions in the KB articles to complete the update: Update to Latest MachPanel Update to Latest MachPanel Remote Server Latest Issues Fixed This patch includes the latest fixes as below: 1. Fixed ADSync template not working. 2. Fixed Directory Syntax or Attribute value in-correct in AD Operations. 3. Fixed UPN not being Synced. 4. Fixed error in Mailbox Template clone function. 5. PyamentJunction call methods changes from Get to Post. 6. Import Numbers issue in Lync subscription while assigning existing numbers. 7. Sync Dial Plan/GetLyncJob issue when there is no job to process. 8. Incorrect Rule Expression issue in Add/Edit Rule of a Dial Plan. 9. Domain name in-correct if subscribing a new service for existing organization that have multiple domains fixed. 10. Fixed cancel addon. 11. Error creating new object in Exchange, giving error email already exists. 12. Fixed reseller can see all OU names in dropdown on AD User List. 13. Exchange Sync from backend error due to litigation hold date format 14. Fixed DL cannot be created, interface gets stuck 15. Fixed packages could not be loaded for reseller in VPS import. 16. Fixed domain name input is not available in SfB offline order form and gives duplicate domain error. 17. Fixed error in Subscription list when no phone numbers in SfB module. 18. Hyper-V menu link shown on client side when Hyper-V module is set disabled from provider side, is fixed. 19. Exchange mailbox enable/disable permission problem of not getting applied when logged in via end customer is fixed. Procedure Go to MachPanel configuration studio. Stop all services related to MachPanel. Exit MachPanel configuration studio. Download the hotfix HF2.zip file from the link at bottom of this page. Open services.msc on MachPanel remote servers and stop MachPanel provisioning service. Make sure MachPanel configuration studio is not running from task manager. Replace files from Control Server folder on MachPanel control server and Replace files from Remote server folder of hotfix folder on MachPanel remote server keeping the folder hierarchy same as it is in hotfix. (you should get message to overwrite files, if not you are not doing it right). Execute script from zip file on MachPanel_Db after logging in to SQL management studio as MachPanel_Db user. Password can be obtained from connection string in registry of MachPanel Control Server. Once all files are replaced properly from hotfix folder restart all services related to MachPanel on Control as well as Remote Servers.
