This article provides 5.2.26 HF5 (Hotfix-5) and information about how to apply this fix on your servers.
This article applies to MachPanel v5.2.26.
- MachPanel Control Panel and all MachPanel Remote Servers need to be on build 5.2.26 and then Hot-fix can be applied. Please follow the steps given below in sequence and execute instructions in the KB articles to complete the update:
- Update to Latest MachPanel
- Update to Latest MachPanel Remote Server
This patch includes the latest fixes as below:
1. Exchange 2013 Organization, Mailbox creation, Synchronize mailboxes when exchange server in migration mode.
2. Outlook setup download problem on 4th level interface
3. Problem of customer being able to search other customers's domains via global search.
4. Error when navigating to DNS only subscription management fixed.
5. 4th level user interface problem for Lync detail fixed.
6. User removal issue from chat room
7. Paging issue in Chat categories and rooms
8. Users listing issue in chat room
9. Add/Edit Lync Package issue for Provider/Reseller when no call bundles are available
10.Lync user group operation issues of Changing Dial Plan & Switching Package
11.Sync Chat Rooms with categories
12.Add/Edit Chat room issues
13.Edit server group (virtual disk location) and edit subnet pool problem is fixed.
14.Exchange Recipient Limit set to Retention Limit value at backend when set via group actions and setting mailbox template is fixed.
15.Object reference issue in Add New Lync User is fixed.
16.SharePoint subsite(admin,mysite,cthub) language not set as parent site when provisioning a multitenant subscription is fixed.
17.Random restart of provisioning service due to bug in configuration studio backup routine is fixed.
- Go to MachPanel configuration studio.
- Stop all services related to MachPanel.
- Exit MachPanel configuration studio.
- Download the hotfix HF5.zip file from the link at bottom of this page.
- Open services.msc on MachPanel remote servers and stop MachPanel provisioning service.
- Make sure MachPanel configuration studio is not running from task manager.
- Replace files from Control Server folder on MachPanel control server and Replace files from Remote server folder of hotfix folder on MachPanel remote server keeping
the folder hierarchy same as it is in hotfix. (you should get message
to overwrite files, if not you are not doing it right).
- Execute
script from zip file on MachPanel_Db after logging in to SQL management
studio as MachPanel_Db user. Password can be obtained from connection
string in registry of MachPanel Control Server.
- Once all files are replaced properly from hotfix folder restart
all services related to MachPanel on Control as well as Remote Servers.
