Common question:

After a subscription/mailbox is Disabled, why the Exchange User(s) is/are still Able to Access their services via Outlook & OWA?

Please note that it will takes 15 minutes to 2 hours for the changes to take effect. Or in order to immediately clear IIS cache, please restart IIS as Exchange-based web services run under IIS.

On disable MachPanel, does not disable AD user or its relevant exchange mailbox. All it do is disable connective protocol for selected mailboxes like MAPI, IMAP, POP and OWA. You can cross check them via exchange ECP under Mailbox features.
