This article provide a summary on how to place order from Store and Customers panel?
This article applies to MachPanel all build versions.
Note: This article uses VPS as an example, however it applies to all of the MachPanel Modules.
Step-1: Add a Dedicated VPS Server in MachPanel
- Navigate to the following path: Home » Service Director » VPS Hosting » Server Groups
- And click on Add Server Group to add a new server.

Step-2: Create a Service Plan and include the Dedicated VPS Server
- Navigate to the following path: Home » Service Plans » VPS Products
- Add New Product under Customer Product Listing tab
Step-3: Create and Launch Store
- Navigate to the following path: Home » System Configuration » Store Configuration
- Create a new order form. Fill-in the fields required for the Order Form,
- Select the VPS Package created in Step-2.
- While adding new order Form there is New tab “Order Form Custom Text”
. Using this interface one can give its custom text for Menu, Title,
Description etc as shown below. Use Default Text will be used for system
default text.
- Now you can launch the store.
Step-4: a) Place order from Store
- Click on VPS Hosting. Click Purchase Now for the required Service plan.
- In Second step select add-on if required and Add to Cart.

You will be prompted a message Please sign-in to complete your order or Register if you don't have a customer account yet.

Register if you are a new customer. Provide your login details in case of existing customer.
- Now click on continue shopping/To complete order click Checkout.
- Now select Payment method and agree to Terms and conditions.
- Finally Checkout.
Step-4: b) Place order from Customer panel
- Login to customer panel, click on Subscribe Service and select VPS Hosting.
- Select Plan and fill-in the other fields and click on Shopping cart.
- The following message will be displayed.
- Finally, you have to click on RUN from provider’s side after the customer have placed the order.
