This article describes how to resolve an Error Message "Server Error In '/' Application. The Resource Cannot Be Found. Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.
Requested URL: /DashBoard.aspx" which normally appears while opening Internet Explorer and browsing to the default website for MachPanel Control Panel. It opens a cached session which is already logged in and after clicking a few items it will report an error.

Symptoms
When rcc is missing in front of "/DashBoard.aspx" in the address bar of the browser.

Solution
The Error Message (Please see attachment) normally appears because there is a session problem which normally can be resolved by placing rcc in front of "/DashBoard.aspx". This issue can be successfully resolved by performing the following:

1. Placing rcc in front of "/Dashboard.aspx" in the address bar of the browser like http://localhost:786/RCC/dashboard.aspx
2. Refreshing the page and using the Control Panel again.
