This article provides a summary on how to perform group operations for Mailboxes in MachPanel.
This article applies to MachPanel all versions.
Group Operation for Mailboxes:
Navigate to the following path: Home >> Service Director >> Exchange Hosting >> Exchange Accounts.
Select Mailboxes tab and click Group Actions. See the snapshot below:
Following are available option for Group Actions on the selected mailboxes.
- General Settings
- Mailbox features
- Mailbox database
- Distribution List membership
- Enable Litigation Hold
- Add Email Alias
- Update Primary Email
- Personal archive settings
- Public Folders
- Email Forwarding
- Calendar Permissions
- Grant Permissions
- Remove Permissions
- Add Email Alias Using CSV
- Enable/Update Journaling
- Booking Delegates
- Custom Attributes
- Default Public Folder mailbox
If Exchange provider is 2013 (CU9) or later display checkbox under mailbox permissions Send On Behalf \ Send As "Message copy for Send On Behalf \ Send As enabled" [Checkbox] is shown.
In Mailbox features you can review the SPLA type.
Group Action Logs:
You will be able to see Group Jobs logs for all of your group actions under path: Home > Service Director > Exchange Hosting > Group Actions Log
- Reset Tries Count: It will reset tries count.
- Clear Completed/Cancelled jobs: It will clear all cancelled and completed jobs from the listing.
- Cancel Failed job listed: It will cancel failed jobs.
Form Option column you can Run a job manually, Download Logs and Cancel it.
