1. Important Prerequisites
Please follow the steps given below in sequence and execute instructions in the KB articles to complete the update:
2. Important Note
If you are using Microsoft CSP, Direct Routing and Teams management, you will have to uninstall all Microsoft Teams module and install the latest using PS command:
For Uninstall: UnInstall-Module MicrosoftTeams
For Install: Install-Module -Name MicrosoftTeams -RequiredVersion 4.4.1
Note: The recommended version for Microsoft Teams is v4.4.1
If you are using MachPanel Rest API, please follow link below to update to latest version of Rest API:

- Note: Panel server will run under heavy load after update as all Users, Groups and Contacts data is synced in database from O365 for all tenants being managed. It is recommended to schedule update of control panel after day end. High RAM and Processor usage will be seen after update for a number of hours/days depending on number of entities being managed.
