Viewing Usage Reports for Enterprise Services

This article provides summary on Usage Reports available for Enterprise services in MachPanel.

Viewing Dashboard\Usage Reports

The different types of report are shown on Dashboard. To view report click on Report from Home » Dashboard as shown below, the respective Usage Report page will open.

Or To view Usage Report for a particular Service navigate to the respective module Home » Service Director » Service (AD, Ex, SP, Skype4B, CRM, VPS, web) Hosting » Usage Report.

Active Directory Usage Report

To view Exchange Usage report, navigate to the following path: Home » Service Director » Active Directory > Usage Report and click User Usage Report.

*Note: Some information are also in Usage Report (Will be shown when exported to Excel)

Exchange Usage Report

To view Exchange Usage report, navigate to the following path: Home » Service Director » Exchange Hosting . Select Reports Tab to view all kind of Usage Reports.

For Exchange, Organization Usage Report\Mailbox Usage Report can be Exported to Excel  and  as shown in below snapshots:

Skype4B\Lync Usage Report

To view Skype4B\Lync Usage report, navigate to the following path: Home » Service Director » Skype4B Hosting » Usage Report

For Skype4B\Lync, Organization Usage Report\User Usage Report can be Exported to Excel as shown in below snapshots:

To view SharePoint Usage report, navigate to the following path: Home » Service Director » SharePoint Hosting » Usage Report

For SharePoint, Portal Usage Report can be Exported to Excel and PDF as shown in below snapshot:

Schedule SPLA & Usage Reports
