View SPLA Reports for Enterprise Services

This article provides summary on SPLA Reports available for Enterprise services in MachPanel.

Viewing Dashboard\SPLA Reports

To view Dashboard report click on View SPLA Report from Home ยป Dashboard as shown below, the SPLA report page will open in a new tab.



To view SPLA report of a service, navigate to the respective module Home ยป Service Director ยป Service(Ex, SP, Skype4B, CRM) Hosting ยป SPLA Report.

Exchange SPLA Report

To view Exchange SPLA report, navigate to the following path: Home ยป Service Director ยป Exchange Hosting ยป SPLA Report

For Exchange, SPLA Report\SPLA by Customer  can be Exported to Excel as shown in below snapshots:

To view Skype4B SPLA report navigate to the following path: Home ยป Service Director ยป SfB (Lync) Hosting ยป SPLA Report
