This article is about procedure that needs to be followed by customers once their deployment project is completed.
It is strictly recommended to use the following Means to communicate with the MachSol support\sales team.

Note: skype CANNOT be used for communication with MachSol Support.
To change the password of the control panel; open Configuration Studio at you MachPanel Control Panel Server. Change password from Configure >> Provider Login\Password. See the snapshot below for more details.

- Login to the Active Directory server.
- Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Active Directory Users and Computers.
- In the console tree, click Users. Right click on the user "MPAdmin"
- Go to "Reset Password" .
- Now navigate to the path: Home >> Service Director >> Active Directory >> Domain in MachPanel web interface.
- Click on "Edit" against the Domain on which the user exists and there you will be able to see user name and password.

- In Domain Administrator Login, type the user logon name, i.e. "MPAdmin".
- In Domain Administrator Password and Confirm password, type the user's password, and then click Save.

Important Note: It is strictly advised to customer to block access to their servers soon after training session completes and project is closed.
Security is Clients responsibility and MachSol Support will request for access from them if required by sending a “signed” email from valid email account.
