Procedure
If you already have a custom billing service in place, you can use MachPanel and all its extensions with the billing system disabled and just use the MachPanel management.
Simply Navigate to: Home » System Configuration » Built-in Modules
Then simply uncheck the below checkbox and click Update Configuration, it will completely disabled the MachPanel Billing Module for you.
