Also make sure that MachPanel Control Server and MachPanel Remote Server should
be on the same build and that MachPanel Provisioning Service is running on both
How to Create Resellers?
Open MachPanel Control Panel Website (You can do it by opening MachPanel Control Server Configuration Studio and then navigating to Configure > Control Panel Website, and then clicking on the URL in it). Log in with the provider credentials. There are two type of Resellers in Control Panel:
- Commission Based reseller
- Subscription Based reseller
To enable Resellers Types navigate to the following path: Home » System Configuration » Reseller Settings
Now Navigate to Home >> Customer Manager >> Customers >> Reseller Customers and then click on New Reseller.
On the next screen you will need to fill out the required form for creating a reseller customer as shown below. There are two parts of form for reseller customer.
· In first part fill out all the personal details regarding new reseller customer as shown below.
· In second part fill out all the details regarding the company profile for new reseller customer. You can also include the Signatures for different departments for new reseller customer as shown in below snapshot.
For Commission based reseller, You can also select the service offering as shown below:
After completing all the requirements click on Add Reseller to complete the process for creating a new reseller customer.
