1. Important Prerequisites

1. MachPanel Control Server 6.0.20HF1 or earlier

2. Upgrade Instructions

Please follow the steps given below in sequence and execute instructions in the KB articles to complete the update:

1. Update to Latest MachPanel
2. Update to Latest MachPanel Remote Server

3. New features Improvements

• Exchange

• Mobile and EmployeeId fields made mandatory under custom development. To show the custom required fields (Mobile, EmployeeId) for user mailbox in MachPanel, add a registry string value as 'NICMbxCustomFields' under MachPanel key and set its value to '1'. Registry path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > MachSol > MachPanel
• Enhancement: SPLA by customer report updated, Disable users are removed from count.
• Enhancement: Public Folder and Archive quota are set to 0 if not allowed in Add-on.
• Enhancement: Checks for PF and Archive quota will be applied if PF allowed and Archive Mailboxes > 1.
• Enhancement: Option added in personalization setting to set default value for send email check-box.

• Skype for Business

• New Feature: Added Voice Mail Policy selection in SFB package and addon.
  
• New Feature: Voice Mail Policy setting for SFB user added.
• New Feature: SFB User clone added.

• CSP\ WHMCS\Mimecast

• New Feature: MimeCast support added. http://kb.machsol.com/Knowledgebase/Article/55565
• MimeCast Account creation via WHMCS support added.
• Separate configuration file for WHMCS MachPanel configuration added.
• New Feature: Bulk import for CSP subscription added.
• Enhancement: MimeCast selling as a Configurable option in WHMCS CSP order or Hosted Exchange order support added.
• Enhancement: Openssl_encrypt function support added for WHMCS.

• ADSync Enhancement: Avoid duplicate jobs creation for ADSync users when there is already a pending/failed job present in the queue.

• Fixed error in Exchange module commands processing when Preferred Domain Controllers are specified and command parameters contain "|" in one or more parameters.
• Fixed error in setting Full Access permissions in Exchange module.
• Fixed error in Exchange Mailbox usage report function after PDC update.
• Fixed error on Mailbox listing when access template restriction are applied.
• Fixed quota error not displaying on Mailbox template change.

• Skype for Business

• Fixed SFBModule audit logs are not visible under SFB.
• Fixed path error in saving audio files in SFB module work flow functionality.
• Fixed cannot enable SFB service for a user whose SFB service was disabled.
• Responsive group ordering issue resolved.
• Fixed cannot modify Queue settings in SFB module.
• Fixed incorrect response association in SFB IVR.
• Fixed voice mail association issue.
• Fixed Voice Mail Policy not loaded on adding new Lync user and changing the Plan/Addon.

• CSP\WHMCS

• Fixed error in InvoiceDetail display for CSP Subscriptions.
• Fixed error in CSP invoice calculations due to round off and 30 days month limit usage.
• Fixed HTML Tags instead of appropriate description when CSP order is placed via WHMCS.
• WHMCS import wizard error fixed.

• General (DNS, Payment \ Billing )

• Fixed the Problem in online (google material icons) font icon rendering and slow performance when there is no (or slow) internet connection.
• Fixed the problem of IP lockdown in system user getting applied on end customers too whereas it should be applicable to only employee logins.
• PayPalPro integration updated.
• Fixed Error (Cannot insert the value Null into column 'BillingOn') in new reseller creation is fixed.
• Fixed Database DeadLocked error in Move Subscriptions function.
• Fixed error in creating customer from online store.
• Fixed Authorize.Net CIM payments processing issue.
• Fixed display of error in DNS Manager when no server/service active/available.
• Fixed error on new Order form save (Object reference not set to instance of object). 
• Fixed error in Enable ADUser, user already is enabled while it is not.

• VPS(Hyper-V)

• Fixed Set Gateway CheckBox invisible issue in VM import.

5. Known Issues

Note:

MimeCast integration andseparate configuration file handling require both the Control Panel and theWHMCS integration updated. Also configuration customizations previouslyperformed in ‘MachPanelClientHandler.php’ file will now be required in‘configuration.php’ file. See WHMCS integration documentation for furtherdetails.

Specifically WHMCS servicesuspend/resume/cancel and configurable options quantity update (via changepackage button) functionalities are no longer backward compatible with thisupdate, hence will require both WHMCS and control server updated.

Existing clients using WHMCS (ifcontrol panel updated to this patch or any update later) will require to updatetheir WHMCS integration configuration too.
