This article provide a summary on how to remove Internet Explorer security restrictions.
This article applies to IE 10\11.
If your control panel navigation is not working from Menu and clicking on any link doesn't do anything, then perform steps below

The problem is due to Internet Explorer security restrictions. Either use a different browser (Firefox) or perform following steps in IE 10\11 to allow the control panel website to load the page with all scripts.
- Go to “Internet Options” under your Internet Explorer.
- Select Security (1) tab and select Trusted Sites (2) as shown below:
- Details of step 3: Click on Custom Level (3) and reset to Low as show below:
- Details of step 4: Under Security (1) tab (see second screenshot on the article) click on Sites (4) buton and add control panel site to the trusted zone.
After making above change, reload the control panel website by pressing “CTRL + F5” and check panel functionality.
