Important Pre-requisites

1. MachPanel Control Server v.4.1.21
2. MachPanel Remote Server v.4.1.21

Upgrade Instructions
Please follow the steps given below in sequence and execute instructions in the KB articles to complete the update:

1. Update to Latest MachPanel
2. Update to Latest MachPanel Remote Server

IMPORTANT - Update to MachPanel 4.1 Build 22: The update process followed in above knowledge base articles will automatically upgrade to latest build.

Resolved Issues

Bug fixed: Error encountered while adjusting invoice template. Error Details: StartIndex cannot be less than zero, Parameter name: startIndex
Bug fixed: Changes saved in operations area of provider also get saved for all resellers and changes made by a reseller are reflected in all resellers and the provider.
Bug fixed: No apparent sort order being followed for distribution lists (Exchange).
Bug fixed: Downloading the mailbox profile (zip) does not open with default windows extractor. (Exchange).
Bug fixed: Proxy address field of user in active directory not updated properly in all Enterprise Extensions.
Bug fixed: Public Folder allow/disallow option does not work for public folders when Mail Enable folder option is set at a later stage.
Bug fixed: Currently ‘A’ Record is entered and point to local IP and not external IP of CRM Application server. DNS ‘A’ Record should point to live IP (external IP address).
Bug fixed: Issue with adding Bulk Mailboxes (Exchange).
Bug fixed: Error generated while importing distribution list members.
