This document explains the utility of MachPanel Exchange Migration Toolkit and its working. This toolkit may be used for various scenarios:

For migrating existing Exchange 2007
For migrating existing Exchange 2007 organizations, mailboxes etc to new hardware
For bulk creation of Exchange 2007 organizations, mailboxes etc
