1) Is there a license requirement calculator available to help me easily determine my license requirements?

2) What license purchase options are available?
We offer Pay Per User Model where you pay a one time base price for the control panel licenses i-e MachPanel Control Server, Remote Server, Active directory module, Activation fee for enterprise modules. 

After the base price you pay a monthly fee that depends on the number of users you have on the Enterprise modules i-e number of Mailboxes, SharePoint, BlackBerry Users, CRM users etc. Kindly contact our sales team today on +1 (877) 622-4765 x801 to get your quote.

3) Why Active Directory License is required??
Active Directory License is required for each active directory for integration in to MachPanel. Since MachPanel can manage services across multiple Active Directory domains therefore each domain added to MachPanel requires its license to function and controlled from the control panel.

4) Why Remote Server license is required?
MachPanel's Remote Server is installed on each remote server that needs be controlled from within MachPanel. Each remote server requires a remote server license to function.

5) Should I expect to receive a license key when I purchase license?
No, there is no license key sent to the customer. License key is pushed directly from License Server onto your MachPanel control server installation.

Licenses will be set according to the purchase you made and you should receive a confirmation e-mail within 24hour of your purchase along with instructions on how to activate license. It is just click of a button in the control panel web interface to finalize the license activation. 

6) What is the licensing cost for Exchange 2007/2010 Extension?
In case of Exchange 2007 & 2010 on premises mode the cost depends on the number of mailbox roles while for 2010 Hosting Mode it depends on the number of CAS roles. Kindly contact our sales team today to get the accurate quote.

7) What is the licensing cost for Windows SharePoint 2010 Hosted Module?
The cost depends on the number of SharePoint front end servers and other modules you may require.  Contact our sales team today to get the accurate quote.

8) What Microsoft licenses do I need to get started with Hosted Software business (Hosted Exchange, Hosted SharePoint, etc)? 
You need SPLA licensing to get started. Consult your local Microsoft Partner for SPLA pricing.

9) What is Software Update Agreement (SUS)?
SUS is Software Update Service (SUS) and allows you to have minor/major software updates. SUS is annual and is 25% of cost of Control Panel licenses only.

10) Can I pay via PayPal?
Yes, you can pay via PayPal. We have other payment options also available to purchase our product.
 

11) I want to buy license. What payment options are available?
You can pay through credit card, PayPal, Electronic Cheque, Normal Cheque (US & Netherlands only), and Wire Transfer.

12) Running small business and can’t afford a panel?
Our pricing Model allows you to get started on lower volume. You only pay a small Base Price and then the monthly cost based on the number of users.

13) Do you offer any Migration Discount?
We do offer attractive Migration discounts and it can be anything from 5% - 20% depending on your licenses.

14) If I want to upgrade number of Mailboxes?
You can have unlimited Mailboxes as on our Pay Per User Model (PPU) there is no limitation on the number of Exchange Mailboxes you can host.
