1. Important Prerequisites
- MachPanel Control Server 5.6.30 or earlier
- MachPanel Remote Server 5.6.30 or earlier
2. Upgrade Instructions
Please follow the steps given below in sequence and execute instructions in the KB articles to complete the update:
- Update to Latest MachPanel
- Update to Latest MachPanel Remote Server
Important Note:
- Note 1: WHMCS Module needs to be updated:
Ifyou update MachPanel to Build v5.6.44, it will become mandatory toupdate WHMCS Module. Please download the zip package from link below andupdate all necessary files by making changes as advised in (WHMCS Integration.docx) document within the zip and then replace them over the existing ones under MachPanel Installation directory.

- Note 2: Manual Update of all remote servers required once:
Communicationbetween Control and Remote server is further secured using encryption. Dueto this change a manual update of every remote server is required once. Please follow instructions given on KB link below to perform manual update under section [B-To manually update MachPanel Remote Server:]:

- Note 3: RSAT required on Exchange Mailbox Servers:
When changing Access Permissions on a Mailbox. It appears to go through. However if you click away and then click back to the permissions nothing has gone through. This is because of missing RSAT Feature on mailbox server. Please follow details on KB link below for more details:
3. Improvements\New Features
- Ability to insert "Notes" variable in disclaimer body, Notes added in edit mailbox and disclaimer. Enhanced design for Auto mapping handling Full Access.
- X500 address addition to distribution Groups like X500 records addition to mailboxes
- Remove option for Mobile Device from Mailbox.
- Members' Column in (.csv) to add distribution list members while creating bulk distribution list. Specify ";" separated email addresses of mailboxes/contacts/DLs

4. Resolved\Issues Fixed:
- Active Directory, ADSync, Store
- Restriction: at least one offer should purchase with CSP Package.
- ADSync report “last password sync” “last Info Sync
- Clone AD User to create new user using old user settings
- Clone user in bulk ADUser Add
- MAPI is missing in editing existing Add-on
- Problem with Creating Exchange Mailbox with email Alias (Platform email).
- Problem in Public Folder Storage Use view has been fixed.
- Empty Group Job Logs: Sometimes if a Group Job fails with multiple attempts, the logs for the job are empty. If that job gets completed eventually, the last log is also empty.
- Add-on subscriptions aren't being listed in MS CSP Subscription details-> Add-on. Need to make sure billing is working as well
- Issue Fixed: Shared hosting Reseller Service Plans listing all the CSP service plans
- Drop-down lists aren't in right shape
- VPS Virtual Machine import issue for reseller has been fixed.
