Symptoms

ADSync Clients: ADSync interval problem, Syncing data from local to hosted takes 15 minutes extra instead of configured interval.

Description of the Issue:

ADSync implemented from (Domain A) to sync to (Domain B).
User laptop is joined to Domain A.
MS Exchange is link to Domain B account that is sync from Domain A.
AD Sync interval set in AD of (Domain A) is set to 5 Minutes
User changes password in Domain A
User try to log in to Outlook using new password without success after 10 minutes.
Did a check on the Group activities from Control Panel and notice that the sync was 20 minutes later.

Fix

To fix, stop and replace attached ADSyncSvc.exe on Primary Domain Controller.
