Summary

This article provides list of hotfixes & information about how to apply accumulated HotFix 4.9.21 on your servers.

Applies To

• Prior to performing any update take backup of your MachPanel Database, Control and Remote servers. See below KB article for more details on how to take backup. http://kb.machsol.com/Knowledgebase/Article/50248

• MachPanel Control Panel and all MachPanel Remote Servers need to be on build 4.9.21 and then this HotFix can be applied. Please follow the steps given below in sequence and execute instructions in the KB articles to complete the update:

• Usage Report Sent date update when different locale other then English is selected.
• Lync Addon issue is being fixed.
• Line URI issue for Lync.
• Insert Invoice problem of string conversion to float value when using locale other than en-US.
• MachPanel deleting existing AD user and creating new on re-attempt from AD user interface.
• Performance problem of reading resource file from provisioning/billing service.
• Usage reports in-consistencies in UI and Export to excel for CRM, Lync, Exchange.
• Fixed label for price upgrade/downgrade in client side.
• Fixed Lync migration issue when no Chat Categories exist for organization.

• Line URI assign/un-assign issue in Edit Lync User
• Bulk Addition of existing Linked AD users, or using CSV file

• SharePoint "Limited Role" Assignment problem for languages other than english resolved by removing the role from list.
• Fixed UM not being managed by reseller.
• Logging added in Mailbox Delete on Control/Remote Server.
• Fixed Group action template assigning wrong ProhibitSendAt value.
• BB10 multiple device support added.
• Fixed UM management error Cannot generate or validate PIN for Mailbox.

Latest Issues fixed (On 19th March, 2014)

• Make Application Server FQDN optional if client is not using it.
• Fixed Security DL cannot be deleted.
• Response group creation fails when Swedish special characters are used.
• Fixed usage report of mailbox was not updating "Index out of range exception" occur in update mailbox usage.

• Lync Migration issues and enhancements
• ADSync problem when manager is not found on hosted (skipped setting in hosted environment on failure)
• Fixed AD User that is not Lync enabled is imported as Lync enabled by Import utility.
• Fixed Set Exchange Disclaimer fails when disclaimer contains html tags.
• Fixed Service Queue page gives error of missing serverId when Lync order is placed.
• Langauge and Timezone of mailbox fails to change due to mismatch time or date format.
• HTML in disclaimer is fixed.

Latest Issues fixed (On 2nd April, 2014)

• Fixed incorrect Name Servers were set in OpenSRS.
• Fixed Address list, Global Address list were not deleted when Exchange Organization is deleted.
• Fixed email notification of new SMTP domain addition in Exchange to administrator was not being send when CC field was empty.
