Important Pre-requisites
1. MachPanel Control Server v.4.2.23
2. MachPanel Remote Server v.4.2.23
3. Install Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable on MachPanel Control Server

Upgrade Instructions
Please follow the steps given below in sequence and execute instructions in the KB articles to complete the update:
1. Update to Latest MachPanel
2. Update to Latest MachPanel Remote Server

New Features/Improvements

  • SharePoint and CRM subscription handling for existing organizations and users.  Allowing customers to subscribe same users to different sub domains of the organization.
  • Enhancements have been done in DNS Handling for Exchange, SharePoint and Domain registration.  KB article on DNS handling for Exchange, SharePoint and Domain Registration can be accessed on following link:

Resolved Issues

  • Error in reading Network Drives in Network Eye section.
  • Validation checks implemented to disallow users from entering conflicting values like “../../images/MP-w2o-logo.gif” for the Control Panel Logo.
  • ENOM - Default name servers of provider not being set on domain registration.
  • Error while adding an existing A record in DNS Management in MachPanel.
  • Error: “Operation failed, Required resources not available.  Please upgrade your plan or buy related Add-Ons” while adding POP Mailboxes with a size of “1024”.
  • Hyphen or Dash "-" not allowed in CRM ReportServer URL field when adding CRM Server.
  • Exchange 2010 Standalone: Disclaimer shows only in incoming messages not on outgoing messages.
  • When updating a DNS record with a new IP Address, get the following error message "fields with * are required. Please enter @ or a valid host or child domain.”
  • Reseller cannot view “Wireless Services” section in reseller panel.
  • Issue with CNAME records creation
  • Data Size Conversion Issue between MachPanel and MailEnable
  • Redirection/Forwarding settings are lost when mailbox quota for MailEnable mailboxes is changed.
  • Restricting Exchange reseller to use only those mailbox database(s) which are under the server group of his subscribed package.
