To successfully activate the BlackBerry v.5.0 Services, kindly perform the following steps.

Step 1: Navigating to the following Path

After the successful installation of BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool Setup, navigate to the following path:

C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit\BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool\ 

Step 2: Copying the file BESUserAdmin.jar

Copy the file BESUserAdmin.jar as shown in the Attachment
