1) Is there a license requirement calculator available to help me easily determine my license requirements?
Yes we have an automated calculator to give you price estimate of the required licenses.
2) What license purchase options are available?
There are two licensing options to purchase, one is Perpetual License (One time plus annual renewal) and Monthly Leased License (Should be paid on monthly basis). The core system and extensions have their own license scheme and should be purchased separately.
4) What is the difference between the HEE Stand-alone flavor and the HEE HMC 4.0/4.5 flavor?
HEE Standalone is the complete replacement of HMC where HEE works directly with Exchange server 2007 providing service provisioning, billing and management options.
HEE HMC flavor depends on HMC 4.0/4.5 for the service provisioning only. The billing and service management is completely done from within MachPanel.
5) Why Active Directory License is required??
Active Directory License is required for each active directory to managed from MachPanel. Since MachPanel can manage services across multiple Active Directory domains therefore each domain added to MachPanel requires its license to function and controlled from the control panel.
6) Why Remote Server license is required?
MachPanel's Remote Server is installed on each remote server that needs be controlled from within MachPanel. Each remote server required a remote server license to function.
7) Should I expect to receive a license key when I purchase license?
License key is pushed directly from License Server onto your MachPanel installation. You should receive a confirmation e-mail within 24hour of your purchase along with instructions on how to activate license. It is usually just click of a button.
8) What is the licensing cost for Exchange 2007 Extension?
The licensing cost depends upon the number of Mail Boxes you would target to provision. We have licenses of 100 MALs, 300 MALs and also unlimited MALs. Please use the license calculator to estimate your licensing cost.
9) What is the licensing cost for HMC 4.0/4.5 Extension?
The licensing cost depends upon the number of Mail Boxes you would target to provision. We have licenses of 100 MALs, 300 MALs and also unlimited MALs. Please use the license calculator to estimate your licensing cost.

11) What Microsoft licenses do I need to get started with Hosted Software business (Hosted Exchange, Hosted SharePoint, etc)?
You need SPLA licensing to get started. Consult your local Microsoft Partner for SPLA pricing.
12) What is Software Service Agreement (SSA)?
SSA is Software Service Agreement (SSA). You will acquire it in 20% of the retail software to receive e-mail based technical support and minor/major software updates
13) Can I pay via PayPal?
Yes, you can pay via PayPal. We have other payment options also available to purchase our product.
14) I want to buy license. What payment options are available?
You can pay through Visa/MC credit card, PayPal, Electronic Cheque, Normal Cheque (US only), and Wire Transfer.
15) Running small business and can’t afford a panel?

16) Do you offer any Migration Discount?
We do offer attractive Migration discounts and it can be anything from 5% - 20% depending on your licenses.
17) If I want to upgrade from 100 MALs to 300 MALs?
You can easily upgrade from one plan to the other by paying the difference in amount.
